system, is 28 April 2022, at 12.00 p.m (noon) (Israel local time)
The Tender's Documents are available for bidders without any payment in the HPC website in http://www.haifaport.co.il/tenders/default_e.aspx. Bidder, who wishes to submit a proposal, will download the tender documents from the website

Important note
Please note: It is required to submit a bid guarantee , until the last date for submission proposals as stated above, which shall be submitted by hand to a designated Tender Box at HPC administration offices or sent by DHL Express courier as stated in sections 2.1.3, 3.2, 3.3 to the IFP documents. The bid guarantee must be received by HPC until and not later than the submission deadline as stated above. A bid bond received after the closing date will not be considered by the Tender Committee
